Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Diary and Calendar Management:
- Efficiently manage and coordinate the schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Anticipate and address scheduling conflicts, providing timely solutions.
- Taking meeting notes and creating transcripts.
2. Social Media Management:
- Maintain and update LinkedIn profile.
- Regularly update and maintain the company blog with relevant content, news, and announcements.
- Monitor website analytics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
3. Administrative Work:
- Assist in preparing and editing documents, presentations, and reports.
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and other logístical needs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Basic knowledge of website content management systems.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and social media platforms.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing or a relevant field is preferred.
- Previous experience in office administration or executive support roles is advantageous.
