**Salary**: £24,996 (Including 20% London salary uplift)

As an Apprentice in the Partnership Operations team, you will complete your Level 3 Business Administration Qualification. This will provide you with extra knowledge to utilise within the workplace to excel at your role and progress.

What you’ll be doing:
The Partnership Operations team are responsible for supporting the Field Management Team (FMT) and SJP office locations around the UK. Every member of the FMT has their own point of contact within the Operations Support team, which enables the FMT to operate efficiently and increases productivity. The role of the Operations Support team is primarily two fold. The team support with tasks such as diary management, preparing documentations for 1-1’s and event organization.

The team also supports the wider ops team with the delivery of projects, alongside taking responsibility for the day to day running of the office locations including management of post and switchboard, providing a 5-star client and guest experience.

As an apprentice in the team, you will gain a huge amount of exposure as to how SJP operates, not only internally, but within the Partnership also. No day is the same, as queries on a daily basis completely differ. You will play a large part in ensuring that office operations run smoothly from reception and will be a valued member of a highly important team.

Responsibilities may include:

- Managing diaries for all meeting rooms and ensuring relevant supplies are ordered and in stock within the location.
- Working closely with Facilities to ensure the continued smooth running of the location on a day-to-day basis.
- Reception duties including, but not limited to, answering incoming phone calls, greeting, assisting and/or directing visitors, Clients and Partners, ensuring they follow the correct signing in and out process.
- Managing the location switchboard.
- Providing hospitality for visitors to the location.
- Providing administrative support to the field managers including diary management
- Taking minutes in meetings for colleagues, and ensuring these are distributed afterwards.
- Support with delivery of projects

We are looking for a customer focussed individual, who is passionate about maintaining and building strong relationships. You should have great organisation skills, with a willingness to step outside your comfort zone.

Other Skills required to be successful:

- Strong attention to detail
- Someone who is not afraid to ask for support if they feel it is needed.

If you are someone who has had previous experience in customer service, administration or retail, this role may be perfect for you.

As part of the team you will be required to work in the office (based in Holborn, London) 5 days a week. You will be a vital part of the front-of-house team.

**If you are interested in role, you will need to hold a minimum of level 4 in English Language, and level 4 in Mathematics GCSE.**
