Staffpower Group are recruiting for a Materials and Scheduling Administrator for an ever-growing manufacturing company based in Washington.

**Shifts and salary**:

- £12.50 per hour
- 07:30 - 15:30 OR 08:00 - 16:00 (flexibility may be required to cover both shifts)

**Duties**:

- To receive and process orders from customers using internal systems
- Order materials and packaging necessary to delivery customers orders on time
- Support the logistics team with arranging deliveries/transport
- Liaise with customers to inform them of their order status
- Review customer schedules and buying patterns to ensure materials are effectively procured to enable manufacture and supply of product in line with agreed customer delivery dates
- Make sure accurate Part numbers and BOM details are entered onto Sage
- Work in a safe manner, maintaining high standards of 6s and housekeeping

**Desired experience**:

- Confident with using Excel
- Experience of using Sage 200 (training can be given)
- Excellent and professional telephone communication skills for speaking to professional buying teams at customers (often Tier 1 or 2 automotive) suppliers and logistics partners
- Previous experience working as a Materials Controller or a similar role
