**Special Products Advisor - Secondment**

**What you will enjoy doing**
- We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual for a 4-month secondment/fixed-term contract in our customer service centre, specifically focused on working with our special products team
- The primary purpose of this role is operate as a key point of contact across multiple channels for Special Products Customers offering the highest level of service to customers requiring Special Products gases and equipment.
- To handle and resolve a variety of customer contacts including order placement; query resolution; new product information and preparation of new recipe requests and customer complaints etc.
- The objective is to achieve a first touch resolution whilst providing a seamless and high level customer experience, effectively handling all Customer complaints, technical and equipment queries
- Answer all contacts in a timely and efficient manner, providing accurate information at all time

**What makes you great**
- Keyboard and PC skills, including Microsoft office package.
- SAP Production system.
- Accurate and efficient data entry skills
- Significant level of experience of BOC commercial processes and BOC product range
- Previous experience in both BOC order placement and query management a distinct advantage
- Previous special products knowledge an advantage
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Tenacity and ability to work in a fast moving, pressurised environment.
- Ability to communicate well at all levels in all situations: (this includes verbal and written communication) with the ability to select the most effective communication method for the circumstance
