**The Role**

At Carnival UK, our Procurement Team manages the day-to-day purchasing activies of goods & services that work with our fleet worldwide. We are currently looking for a Procurement Team Leader on a 12 month FTC to manager our team of buyers on purchasing day-to-dayMRO goods. Your responsibilities will include:

- Driving performance within the team to exceed departmental cost & efficiency savings targets
- Oversee the technical purchasing for our fleet in a sustainable manner
- Be a creative thinker and consider best-practices for procurement

Our role categories range from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President) so you can clearly see internal development opportunities. This role is a CUK08 and is offered on a full time, fixed term contract basis, with at least two days based in our Southamptonoffice.

**About You**

Fresh ideas and different perspectives are what excite us most and help us to succeed. Alongside bringing these to the role, you’ll also need:

- Knowledge of purchasing systems and processes (ideally AMOS)
- Past team leader or manager experience
- Excellent communication skills
