Due to business growth, we are looking for a Sales Administrator to join the Tamarisk Designs team with scope to promote both brands to our client base. Do you have a passion for people and enjoy a fast-paced environment? Are you tenacious and do you want to learn.?

**Job Purpose**:
You will be responsible for nurturing key account clients & inbound sales enquiries into the Tamarisk Designs office to drive and maximise sales to build a robust pipeline of opportunities. Our client base largely consists of retailers & interior designers where you will work to engage with our clients via phone contact or holding showroom visits, understand their requirements and offer the Tamarisk product(s) most suited to their needs. You will be involved with all areas of the client sales journey from inception to order, providing them with an excellent client experience which encourages repeat sales. Some operational duties may be required to support the operations team where required. You will work closely with the wider office team, Sales Executive, Client Experience Executive & the wider Hillcross Group Sales teams, sharing knowledge & commercial insight from the marketplace and referring leads where applicable, across the group.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities will be**:

- Showcase the Tamarisk Designs offering by phone and in person with our client message at the core. Communicating with clients with a ‘call first’ approach.
- Ensure periodic telephone and in person contact takes place for new & existing clients to ensure maximum output
- Keeping the CRM up to date with all client contact.
- Sales Qualification Calls
- Ordering samples where appropriate
- Ordering, maintaining, monitoring and sending of swatch books to customers’.
- Generating deals via CRM & ensuring pipeline is accurate at all times.
- Liaising with factories for pricing & queries
- Follow up of quotations to gain client feedback
- Closing sales & Raising orders
- Adding new products to the CRM system
- Supporting the Client Experience Executive with Support pipeline where required
- Inform marketing team of any appropriate commercial news within weekly meeting.
- Some duties to support the Operations team where required

**Salary**: From £25,000.00 per year
