Medical Education Adminstrator

To be a key member of the Medical Education Team providing administrative and secretarial support, including minute taking, to the Medical Education Officers. To provide a professional and friendly reception service, welcoming and guiding visitors, ensuring enquiries are dealt with efficiently and disseminating messages as appropriate. To assist in the setting up of and queries relating to audio visual facilities and ensuring rooms are laid out as required. To work as an integral member of the Medical Education Team, assisting with all tasks as and when necessary.
