**Salary**: £27,000

Hours: Monday - Thursday 08:00 - 17:00, Friday 08.00 - 13.00

Hybrid working available, minimum 2 days on site. Must be available to work fulltime on site for the first 6 weeks whilst training.

Our client is a world-leading designer and manufacturer, looking for an Administrator to join their growing team.

**Responsibilities: Administrator**
- To provide administrative support primarily to the Engineering team.
- To standardise and maintain the way that part numbers and descriptions are entered into the ERP system.
- Accurately build BOMs (Bill of Materials) for purchasing.
- Issue DOI’s (Drawing office instructions) once BOM’s have been structured.
- Issue DOI’s to the purchasing team.
- Collate all timesheets for the Engineering team as requested by payroll.
- Creation of contact parts lists and collation of material certificate.
- Generate spare lists by identifying spare parts.
- Collate Drawings for the machine instruction manuals.
- Chase outstanding orders with suppliers.
- Ensure suppliers have provided the necessary documentation to be on the approved list.
- Provide reception cover on an ad hoc basis.

**Skills / Experience: Administrator**
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of DOI’s and interpretation.
- Good attention to detail.
- Goal orientated.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Computer Literacy - MS suite plus ERP knowledge.
- Good mathematics skills.
- Team player.
- Clear and Concise in both written and oral dialogue.
- 2+ years working in an Engineering organisation preferred.

**Salary**: £27,000.00 per year
