**RECEPTIONIST**

Castle Water are now recruiting for a **Receptionist** for the **Boat Brae Office in Blairgowrie.** The **Receptionist** is responsible for the efficient functioning of the front desk, entry to our Boat Brae office and performs a very wide range of administrative functions.

Our Receptionist salary starts at £21917.00.00 per annum, (dependent on experience) and we can promise you a hardworking and lively environment. The role will cover business operating hours from Monday to Friday (9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.) The post would be suitable for applicants with confidence and initiative as well as the maturity required to take responsibility, make decisions and be confident of their own abilities and potential.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **The job will be very wide-ranging and varied.**_
- Welcome guests and greet people who visit the business, directing them to the appropriate person and office.
- Coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.
- Offer administrative support across the organisation and execute all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
- Receive, sort and distribute daily deliveries.
- Liaise with and support Office Manager, including updating office expenses and costs, ordering office supplies and keeping inventory of stock.
- Support Customer Service duties when not busy on Reception (training will be given)
- Perform other duties as required.
