Personal Assistant/administration

**Responsibilities**:
- Act as the first point of contact for the Director, screening and handling inquiries and requests.
- Coordinate and manage the Director's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, etc.
- Assist in property-related tasks, such as drafting leases, managing property documentation, and coordinating property maintenance.
- Arrange travel itineraries, accommodation, and logístical arrangements.
- Ensure documentation and administrative tasks related to property transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion, including sensitive property-related documents and negotiations.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of property transaction processes, contracts, and legal documentation is a plus.
