Our main aim is to protect and enhance the lives of the children of Reading. We help families find long-term solutions to ensure children lead happy, healthy and successful lives.

Applicants will also be expected to work with colleagues to provide better access to specialist mental health services and support referrals where required.

Successful applicants will be expected to manage their allocated caseload. They will be expected to prepare and present caseload information at regular supervision sessions.

**About you**
Applicants should be enthusiastic and committed to promoting and supporting wellbeing and mental health. **Applicants must have completed the **‘Education Mental Health Practitioner’ or ‘Children’s Wellbeing Practitioner’ course.** Previous experience of working with children and/or young people within education settings is desirable but not essential.
