What You'll Do:
160over90’s team of entertainment marketing specialists work to help brands build connections to their customers via the talent, TV, film and music they love. As an Account Executive within this group you’ll predominantly be supporting the day to day servicing of an existing client.

Key Responsibilities Include:

- Support the servicing of client workstream/s within the entertainment space.
- Efficient and clear day to day communication with client/s, any relevant third parties and with other areas of 160over90 and Endeavor as required.
- Assist with the execution of opportunities around talent, paid for product placements, product seeding / gifting and events.
- Support in the management of any client - vendor relationships, including any outreach, services and / or costs and successful delivery of services.
- Management of internal tracking reports and / or client reports.
- Support team with research requests
- Generate call agendas, notes and scheduling
- Support on both internal and external PR opportunities for Entertainment Marketing UK which may include the organisation and production of materials and / or event attendance.
- Monitor entertainment industry news and trends, sharing upstream intelligence to wider team/s and client/s as appropriate.

- Ability to build rapport and relationship/s with client/s, servicing client requests efficiently and to a high standard.
- Ability to work with internal team/s and third-party vendors to communicate client objectives.
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask in a fast-moving client service focused environment.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle complex instructions with care and follow-through.
- Dependable and proactive.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- An enthusiastic, fun team player
- Bachelors degree (or equivalent qualification)
- Client-servicing experience, preferably in the entertainment sector.
- Demonstrable organisational skills.
- Experience in supporting client servicing and / or entertainment-based individuals or teams.
- Experience in product seeding programs and entertainment-based events.
- Experience of working with on and off screen talent is advantageous.
