Workshop Labourer

Westwood Recruitment are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our Trafford Park based client as a Fabrication Workshop Labourer with the opportunity to be trained as a CNC Machinist. This is an exciting chance for someone looking to kickstart a rewarding career in the machining industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in various tasks within the fabrication workshop, including material handling, measuring, and cutting.
- Operate basic machinery and tools under supervision.
- Learn and follow safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
- Collaborate with experienced CNC Machinists to understand the intricacies of CNC machining processes.
- Attend training sessions to develop skills in CNC programming, setup, and operation.
- Work in a team-oriented environment to meet production goals and deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy materials.
- Eagerness to learn and a strong work ethic.
- Mechanical aptitude and interest in machining processes.
- Basic knowledge of workshop tools and equipment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
