**The Role**

To provide insurance advice to business clients on the most suitable levels of insurance cover to cater for their individual business needs. Providing quotations and aiming to convert these quotations into revenue sold to help achieve agreed business plans and objectives.

**About You**

You’ll be a happy, motivated individual with a key focus on conversion and customer service. You must have a confident, and outgoing approach with our clients so first impressions are key Ideally, you will have experience of working in a target-based or fast-paced environment with a focus on performance.

**Main Accountabilities**:

- Identifying client’s insurance requirements and tailoring a policy to meet their demands and needs
- Provide a knowledge-based quotation based on their business
- Engaging and managing client expectation liaising between the client and underwriters
- Building future relationships with key stakeholders
- Work with the Sales Manager on converting the pipeline of quotes and opportunities
- Achieve agreed revenue targets

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:
