**Full Time**
Our client is a well-established successful business in the financial services sector, with over 85 employees and a supportive collaborative team culture. They are looking for an Account Manager to join their growing team at their Head Offices in Horsham.
You will work closely with and support the Senior Account Manager to ensure efficient interaction with member accounts. To develop and maintain excellent customer relationships with current and potential members. To provide an excellent and effective levelof account management service to members. To work under own initiative or in collaboration with others to contribute to the development of a range of initiatives and achievement objectives of the company.
**Responsibilities**
- To ensure key objectives relating to account management are achieved.
- Responsible for investigating and responding to member enquiries and issues.
- Liaison with internal departments relating to member issues to ensure the satisfactory resolution for members in a timely manner.
- Undertaking a range of duties to support the Senior Account Manager including, telephone enquiries, research, completion of meeting reports, creation of files notes, ad hoc letters, report writing, meeting logistics, event coordination and maintaining avariety of manual and computerised record keeping systems.
- To have a flexible approach to with regard to all aspects of account management as issues arise.
- To contribute as an effective member of the Sales and Development team, assisting the team members with account management issues and organisational logistics where required.
- To promote and work at all times towards the clients policy of delivery of Client Best Interest outcomes.
- To ensure adherence at all times to the clients suite of policy and procedures, with distinct regard and compliance with the Conflict of Interest Policy and Inducement and Incentive policy.
- To take responsibility for own performance and to identify personal development areas.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Customer service experience and proven administrative and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience of working to targets and in the production of high quality output in the face of tight timescales.

**Essential Practical Skills**:

- Excellent customer focus.
- Practical experience with various forms of information technology.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
- Ability to communicate and present complex and contentious information in the most appropriate formats to a wide range of stakeholders.
- Ability to promote good working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders in order to achieve high value outputs.
- Ability to manage, support and implement change.
- Use of initiative and a commitment to developing systems and procedures.
- Ability to work in a pressured environment.

**Desirable Skills / Knowledge**
- Previous knowledge of the Insurance/Financial Services Industry is desirable but not essential
