We have an exciting opportunity for a Claims Admin Assistant to join our Bodily Injury team. In this role you’ll support the Bodily Injury Department by uploading claims from our claims industry portal, in line with the MOJ requirements and business rules, and allocating these out to claims handlers.
**What you’ll be doing**:
- Achieve daily claims allocation target, working to strict timelines.
- Deliver a best-in-class work allocation process that manages volume control and adherence to allocation rules.
- Support the business and carry out ad-hoc duties that relate to Bodily injury claims as and when required.
- Participate in Group Huddles and Meetings.
- Keep your knowledge updated in regard to the MOJ Portal, claims handling and Best Practice processes.
- Take ownership of claims, rejections, and documentation.
**What you’ll need**:
- Good time management as you’ll work to strict deadlines.
- Experience working with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft tools.
- General administration skills.
