The hotel is part of an international group set in the grounds of a large 200 acre country estate on the banks of the river Thames

**What's involved?**
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes within your speciality
- Managing and training any demi-chef de parties or commis working with you
- Helping the sous chef and head chef to develop new dishes and menus.
- Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety.
- Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.

This role is based on 39 hours per week working straight shifts 3pm -11pm 5 days out of 7, the aim is to move to 4 days out of 7. Working within a Kitchen brigade of over 13 chefs you will be managing and controlling a busy section within the hotel kitchen.
