The key responsibilities for the role of Collections Specialist (Hybrid Working) include:

- Managing a portfolio of arrears cases
- Working with suppliers and vendors to bring a positive impact to the collections process
- Arranging sustainable repayment plans
- Being responsible for the collection and recovery process

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Experience in collections/recoveries specifically in bad debt collection, insolvency, litigation and asset recovery
- Strong Microsoft excel skills
- Good organisational/time management skills
