The _Marketing Officer_ is a key role in INPD. We are seeking a self-starter, who is motivated to reach their potential and deliver excellent results. This is an important role and your success will result in increased lead generation, increased brand awareness and enhancement of the company’s reputation as a leading training provider. Reporting to the Marketing Manager you will be responsible for putting together creative campaigns, initiatives and content to engage with customers through both online and offline channels.

**Day-to-day tasks**
- Support in all aspects of marketing and communications campaigns.
- Having the technical know-how to utilise technologies such as content management systems, HubSpot, Salesforce, WordPress, Meltwater, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, the Microsoft 365 suite of programs and other digital tools.
- Write copy and develop creative assets briefs for marketing purposes.
- Format and publish content on the website CMS (Word Press).
- Support on affiliate marketing activity, identifying relevant affiliates and building lasting relationships to leverage opportunities to market the brand to a wider network.
- Excellent copywriting skills that enable the post holder to produce case studies, press releases, and other internal/external communications.
- Report on key metrics and ROI across all core marketing channels.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.

**The Person and key skills**
- **Target driven**: you will work to targets that support the revenue growth and success of the business; namely lead generation targets and individual marketing channel performance metrics.
- **CMS**: you will be comfortable creating, uploading and managing content for the company’s website via the CMS
- **Project management**: You will be well organised and disciplined with the ability to multitask. You will be comfortable handling time-sensitive projects and working to tight deadlines
- **Communication**: you will have excellent communication skills, ensuring the flow of information across the team, and the wider organisation

**Qualifications**

An undergraduate degree in marketing (or a professional marketing qualification) and/or Membership of a relevant body (i.e. CMI) is an advantage.

**Relevant experience**
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing, working across the full marketing mix
- Experience of working in a fast paced, commercial and target driven environment
- Adaptable and quick learner of new online and marketing tools

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Pay: £20,000 - £24,000** per year
