**Job Title: Graduate Recruitment Consultant**

**Location: Reading**

**Job Summary**:
**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through sales calls.
- Engage in 360-degree recruitment and Business Development activities.
- Achieve and surpass sales targets, including direct sales and outbound contact centre activities.
- Network within existing accounts to uncover new business opportunities for your market and the broader team.
- Understand clients' IT consultancy needs and requirements to provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, offering expert advice on recruitment strategies, market trends, and talent availability.
- Engage in client acquisition and account development.
- Develop and nurture relationships through networking.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to anticipate talent demands and market changes.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong interest in the IT industry within Business Development, Sales and Recruitment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality recruitment solutions.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and software is a plus.
- Should be able to work on their own initiative.

Pay: £18,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
