Senior Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manger / B2B Brand Marketing Manager / Digital Marketing Manager to take on an exciting new opportunity with one of the UK's leading and fastest growing services consultancies.
This company is on a steep growth trajectory, as a leading marketing voice in how to present and dispose of large-scale commercial real estate projects throughout the UK including in co-living, office and student accommodation - with new sectors launching soon.Through the marketing function, this consultancy provide clients with a best-in-class service that others are unable to offer in the market.
The Senior Marketing Manger / B2B Brand Marketing Manager / Digital Marketing Manager will:
Expand and elevate the positioning of the company brand in the UK real estate investment market, across all marketing functions; public relations, digital, social media, awards, and events.
Expand the positioning of the company internationally, working alongside the Head of Marketing at their strategic partner in Asia to identify further international opportunities.
Create key sales collaterals and pitch decks for investment projects, helping the sales team successfully convert client engagement to asset disposals.
The Senior Marketing Manger / B2B Brand Marketing Manager / Digital Marketing Manager must have:
3- 5 years in a marketing manager or senior marketing manager role, within real estate, a luxury consumer brand or agency side.
Experience reporting into stakeholders.
Experience running large scope projects with cross-over departments.
Excellent written and presentation skills.
Budget and cost analysis experience.
Project management experience.
Strong computer skills required. Familiar with adobe creative suite preferred; Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
Knowledge of social media platforms.
Comprehensive experience working with brand and video production teams.
Outstanding organisation and time management skills.
Degree educated.
