**About the role**

We are excited to announce a dynamic role within the Haringey Alcohol and Recovery Treatment Service. Our mission is to foster positive changes, cultivate new relationships, and explore new possibilities with our service users. This includes working with individuals who may be using a variety of substances, such as cocaine, cannabis, GBL, ketamine, alcohol, and crystal methamphetamines.
- You will collaborate with key stakeholders and the management team to identify successful co-location opportunities, enhancing the reach and effectiveness of our services through community engagement.
- As a Recovery Navigator, your role will be to support individuals in building their recovery capital and accessing support across the treatment system in Haringey. This includes targeted interventions for drug use, alcohol use, and counselling.
- Your responsibilities will include:

- Initial care planning
- Risk assessment
- Case management for service users
- Work closely with the co-production lead to incorporate feedback from service users, ensuring our service continually evolves to meet their needs.

**About you**
- Confidence in using case management systems to accurately record client data is essential
- Previous voluntary or paid experience in a client-facing role
- Active listening skills on a daily basis will be essential
- We are seeking dynamic, motivated, proactive problem solvers who are passionate about delivering a high standard of care to our service users
