Servoca Resourcing Solutions are looking for Recovery Navigators across London for a social justice charity.

**Skills/Experience**:

- Good experience of substance misuse.
- Be able to manage high caseloads.
- Carry out risk assessmments, SMART action plans, and case records.
- Be able to deliver 1: 1s, group-work interventions by using motivational techniques and trauma-informed practices.

**Duties**:

- Will be remote based.
- Will be needed to travel across London to meet service users at hubs and local probation offices.
- Raise and report any safeguarding concerns.
- Maintain all service user records.
- Make sure all incidents and near misses are reported and recorded via Ulysses system.
- Complete and maintain all SMART action plans and assessments.
- Carry a caseload of adult male prison leavers those on community orders.
