As an Apprenticeship Construction Tutor/Skills Coach you can expect:

- Salary of up to £37000
- 28 Days + Bank Holidays

Key Duties and Responsibilities of the Apprenticeship Trainer Skills Coach
- Construction
- Deliver engaging learning programs in order to support learners towards their level 2 Apprenticeship Qualification in Fenestration
- Use and develop a wide range of resources and techniques, tailored to learners’ individual needs.
- Observe and review work produced by learners to ensure it is of the appropriate standard to reflect the learner's qualification and meet the needs of the qualification.
- Provide insightful, constructive, and informative feedback to help the learner maximise their potential.
- Proactively monitor, evaluate, and improve the quality and effectiveness of own workload and working practices to ensure deadlines and targets are met and that the learner has an outstanding experience.
- Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress
- Visit and observe learners in their place of work to support and gather evidence

Skills, Experience and Qualifications for the Construction Tutor/Skills Coach
- Hold a recognised Construction qualification at level 2 or above
- Vocational experience in General Construction, including a detailed understanding and supported experience in Window, Door installation and fitting and fenestration products.
- Teaching Qualification ideally at level 4 or above (PTLLS, AET, PGCE or equivalent).
- Assessor’s Award (A1, TAQA, CAVA or equivalent) or be prepared to work towards
- Experience in delivering training and coaching sessions to apprenticeship learners in Construction to level 2 or above
- Experience of delivering to groups through remote platforms such as Microsoft Teams
