We are seeking an experienced Fire and Security engineer to upskill as an apprenticeship tutor and pass on their knowledge to the next generation.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading provider of apprenticeships to the Fire and Security sector as a full-time FESST Tutor (Learning Skills Coach) on a national level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality training and support to apprentices in the Fire and Security sector.
- Work closely with the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) and Ofsted to ensure compliance and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with learners, employers, and stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of apprenticeship programs and materials.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
