**Premium Tax Specialist**

**What The Day Will Look Like**:

- Supervising our offshore Tax Centre of Excellence (CoE) team who are responsible for producing key premium tax documents, including reviewing documentation for accuracy, providing guidance, training and query resolution.
- Act as a go-to-person for GBC premium tax enquiries
- Responsible for managing the accurate and efficient production of premium tax schedules on key documentation across the GBC in line with all KPIs, SLAs and market regulatory requirements
- Responsible for supervising the offshore resource responsible for the producing premium tax schedules
- Will be required to provide technical knowledge in the premium tax platforms and calculation tools used for premium tax calculation.

**How This Opportunity Is Different**:

- Our Tax CoE has been established for two years and is proving an invaluable service to the wider broking teams, improving client service whilst reducing queries and errors. This is a great opportunity to build on this success and extend the reach of the CoE across all broking teams including interacting with our colleagues across the world.

**Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success**:

- Experience in liaising with an offshore team (desirable)
- Experience in meeting and exceeding KPIs and SLAs
- Good knowledge of regulatory and compliance needs relating to insurance placements and in particular premium tax schedules
- Experience using industry systems and platforms for producing premium tax schedules
