We are currently seeking to recruit a permanent **Front of House Team Leader** to help to manage the floor and lead a team of friendly, multi-national Assistants. Working within the team to lead by example, your new role will ensure a high-quality and efficient food and beverage service for all our customers visiting the mountain.

This role would suit you if you have prior experience successfully leading a customer service focussed team (including rota management, stock control, cashing up and training others) can demonstrate great people skills and F&B service excellence, with the ability to adapt to the needs of a tourism business and ideally also have a keen interest in the great outdoors (skiing, hiking, mountain biking, etc).

Ideally, you will already possess:

- demonstrable experience leading a happy, hospitality team
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- excellent food and beverage service experience (barista, alcohol, waitressing)
- a valid Food Hygiene certificate (basic) and high cleaning standards

**Pay and perks**:

- Full-time hours (37.5 hours per week), part-time considered
- Daytime working only between 8am and 5pm
- £12.50 per hour (equivalent to £24,375 per annum)
- Permanent contract of employment for job security
- Scottish Widows employer's pension scheme
- Staff perks include a free season pass, local discounts, onsite parking, etc
- To work at 'the UK's highest restaurant' in a spectacular mountain setting
