**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise scales to ensure material is being weighed & graded accurately, grade inbound loads and ensure associated paperwork is processed accurately
- Implement quality requirements designated by consumers on outbound material
- Monitor Non Ferrous inventory by scheduling deliveries in association with Non Ferrous Area Manager and Operations Manager
- Supervise Non Ferrous Operatives, conduct morning meetings, prioritise tasks and assign duties to Non Ferrous team
- Communicate with co-workers, supervisors and other personnel regarding production and operational issues
- Troubleshoot production issues and minimise downtime
- Act as liaison between management and Non Ferrous team
- Perform such other duties as the Company may from time to time reasonably require
- Comply with all Company policies related to Code of Conduct, Environmental, Health and Safety and Community

**Qualifications/Knowledge**
- FLT Licence
- 360 Crane Licence
- Previous experience supervising a team
- IT Literate including Microsoft Office
