**Salary**: **£30 Basic Salary with OTE £50 - £55K (guaranteed overtime)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assume the role of Project Supervisor for Atrium Recruitments' client.
- Efficiently schedule working shifts, for your team.
- Generate and allocate daily orders for technicians prior and during shifts.
- Support the technicians during the onboarding process, particularly in the initial days.
- Update the testing summary daily and ensure timely delivery to the client on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
- Perform manager sign-offs, starting with basic testing and expanding throughout the role.
- Develop site-specific Risk Assessment and Method Statements (RAMS) for new on-site activities.
- Manage all aspects of vehicles, including FORS requirements, servicing, weekly check sheets, and van audits.
- Oversee direct reports, handling sickness, Return to Work (RTW), holiday requests, probations etc.
- Ensure compliance by overseeing UKAS assessments.
- Maintain regular communication with the Point of Contact (POC) for the project.
- Assist in the training of technicians.
- Conduct contract reviews and ensure project contract reviews are up to date.
- Monitor equipment, including maintenance, stock levels, consumables, calibrations, and prepare equipment for the next day's site visits.
- Ensure daily signoffs of gold sheets by the client for each technician and oneself.

**Knowledge and Experience**
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as Senior Technician/ Operations Support Supervisor.
- Materials testing background is essential.
- Ability to lead a team

**Salary**: £30,512.23-£55,908.50 per year
