**Position**:
You will collaborate with customers to design proof of concepts, business pilots, and implement the proposed solutions in production. Additionally, as part of your role, you will be responsible for creating documentation that aligns with the proposed solution. This could involve developing high-level and low-level designs.

What you’ll be doing:

- Assisting clients with the identification and management of data governance risks through the implementation of Microsoft technology solutions
- Working collaboratively with clients to understand their business objectives and identify opportunities to enhance their data governance practices
- Providing advisory services to clients on the development, implementation and monitoring of data protection and privacy strategies
- Conducting assessments, recommendation reports of client data protection and privacy frameworks to identify areas of potential risk and recommend remediation actions
- Providing technical expertise and guidance on Microsoft compliance solutions and frameworks, including all solutions within Microsoft Purview
- Facilitating workshops, demos and training sessions to educate clients on best practices
- Participating in business development activities, such as proposal development, presentations and meetings with clients to help grow the advisory services practice

**Requirements**:
Business focused: Your skillset will involve comprehending business challenges and mapping them to relevant people and processes, then identifying and aligning appropriate Microsoft solutions to address those challenges.

Technical focus: You should have extensive technical knowledge and experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, including architecture design, migration, and technology management. Additionally, you should possess a broad understanding of Microsoft 365 compliance.

Your practical experience should extend to configuring and implementing various security and compliance solutions, including those offered by Microsoft as well as their competitors.

You will have experience of the following solutions that align with the Microsoft Purview solution set:

- Compliance posture - using assessments and regulatory requirements to provide impact assessment
- Digital data discovery - building data maps and reports on where organisations hold their data, identify risk and for electronic disclosure processes
- Information protection and data loss prevention - Understand different types of data and how to assess/mitigate risk
- Audit - how contextual signals can be used to develop insights for key events along with patterns of behaviour.
- Records management - how different types of data aligned with complex retention schedules, classification and defensible deletion of business data
