**About the role**
As Workshop Controller you will
- Plan and organising workflows
- Ensure maximum utilisation and efficiency of production teams
- Undertake quality inspections
- Deal with customers over rework claims
- Undertake staff reviews
- Work closely with vehicle damage assessors to achieve optimum sales
Working closely with vehicle damage assessment and parts teams, you will strive for customer excellence and strong financial performance

- Knowledge of modern repair methods with an ability to maximise repair opportunities

**About you**
Highly organised with a detailed understating of repair methods and with a proven track of running body shop production teams. You will adopt a collaborative approach with a ‘right-first-time’ focus on repair quality. Your ability to plan and organise workflows will have played a key role in your career development.
