**Title**:Tender & Contracts Administrator, Bagshot

**Salary**:£25,000 - £26,000 - depending on experience

**Location**:Bagshot, Surrey - great public transport links and onsite parking for drivers

**Once trained a hybrid working pattern will be available.**

Our client is looking for an organised and experienced Administrator to join their busy team. You will be working alongside other team members in the customer service and sales team providing administration support and dealing with tenders & contracts.

**Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to**:

- Responsible for all tender/contract related administration. Such as: checking all information has been requested and updated onto the system
- Manage the contract process from start to finish and monitoring the development
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and communicating the contract status to the relevant internal stakeholders
- Main contact regarding tender related matters
- Provide administration support to the sales, management, customer service or marketing team

**What we are looking for**:

- A confident communicator
- The enthusiasm to learn
- High levels of accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Confident working knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word and PowerPoint
- Prior working knowledge of SAP would be a benefit but is not essential
- A positive and proactive mindset
- Excellent time management
- The ability to prioritise a busy and varied workload
