Payroll Processor and Accounting Assistant

An excellent opportunity to join a boutique accounting/tax advisory practice in their search for a payroll processor and accounting assistant (with good tax exposure) for their expanding team in central London. Firm's clientele is primarily high net worth individuals, their businesses and family offices.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monthly and Year end PAYE filings for each of the clients' companies
- Pension filings
- PAYE registration and compliance
- Pension set-up and compliance
- Dealing with HMRC enquiries and communications
- Dealing with client enquiries and communications
- Assist colleagues with company annual accounts and corporate tax filings
- Assist colleagues with VAT filings
- Assist colleagues with personal tax filings
- Assist with internal processes and procedures, workflow administration, tax planning/structuring, and accounting/tax advisory projects.
- Assist with client information and data management

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years’ experience in UK payroll and able to manage the entire process independently.
- Experience with other areas of accounting or tax would be beneficial and advantageous.
- Experience with established accounting/payroll software.
- Intermediate computer skills including MS Office such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Chinese speaker would be an advantage but not essential.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
