**Sales Administrator Key Responsibilities**:
- Data entry and Entering Sales Orders onto the system.
- Sending Order acknowledgments out to customers
- Keeping CRM systems updated
- Working with Production colleagues to obtain delivery promises.
- Looking at and reacting to component stock levels.
- Providing data and reports to help the sales team.
- Producing and sending quotations to customers from pre-determined information
**Sales Administrator Required Skills**
- Good customer care skills
- Good written and verbal English
- Accuracy and attention to detail is vital.
- Good organisational and administrative skills.
- Good computer and keyboard skills including a good knowledge of Microsoft
- An ability to work as part of a team and also independently once trained.
- Quick to learn.
- Proactivity.
- High level of honesty and integrity.
**Sales Administrator Salary and Working Hours**
- The working hours are flexible with a choice of between 26 hours to a maximum of 37 hours per week.
- The core working office hours are: Monday to Thursday 09.00am - 15.00pm (30 mins lunch break from 12.30pm - 13.00pm) Friday 09.00am to 13.00pm
- £12.50 per hour
- Pension scheme
- 33 days holiday (Pro rate if working part time hours)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From £12.50 per hour
