We have an exciting opportunity for an Order Entry Administrator to join a brand-new team to be based in the offices of our external logistics partner DHL. As our Order Entry Administrator, you'll receive and process orders, manage orders and ensure the delivery of outstanding customer service.

**As an Order Entry Administrator, some of your responsibilities will include**:

- Accurately and efficiently enter ‘manual’ customer orders in to KP’s ERP system (JDE) enabling release across to warehousing and transport functions, within agreed daily timeline
- Ensure Minimum Order Quantity rules are met by customers
- Ensure that correct ‘ship to’ location and ‘sold to’ account is processed for each manual order
- Continuously make sure that KP Order Form is up to date and relevant to each manual customer, to ensure correct product/sku is processed for the correct customer, and no product rejections
- Confirmation back to customers that manual orders have been processed as required or advise of any known product shortages
- Ensure any Sales and Operations Execution team business decisions, priorities and allocations/capping are reflected within the manual order entry process
- Maintain good communications with KP Order Cordinators and/or DHL’s Manton Wood transport operation to ensure customer order processing is not adversely impacting in any way on delivery performance
- Ensuring order efficiency volumes to reduce case picking / increase full pallet picking, optimise delivery sizes and most efficient annual logistics costs
- Own ongoing training including systems and manual order process training
- Escalation of process and JDE system enhancement needs to line manager or KP IT team

**Working hours**

The working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am-4.30pm with 45 minutes for lunch, but we are able to offer flexibility in terms of start and finish times. Saturdays and Bank Holidays are to be worked on a rota basis across the team and the hours will be limited to the minimum. Time off in lieu will be offered for hours worked.

**Key knowledge, skills and experience**:

- Demonstrable experience of working within an administrator role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Highly efficient with great attention to detail
- Experience of working in a high pressured, busy environment and the ability to work on your own initiative
- Excellent communication skills
- A good degree of numeracy and a good standard of literacy
- Excellent PC skills on all Microsoft packages (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
