We have an opportunity for an experienced ER Advisor, to join us on a fixed term contract basis. After training the role can work in a hybrid working arrnagement.

About the Job:
You’ll be the first point of contact for all Employee Relation cases. You’ll be advising on investigations, performance management, absence management, as well as managing disciplinary and grievance cases. You will also support with family friendly policy support needs.

You’ll be detail-orientated, articulate, confident, diplomatic, and resilient, with exceptional interpersonal skills to succeed in this role. You’ll have the ability to work collaboratively with the wider HR team and your allocated business areas. Whilst it can be demanding at times, you’ll be able to deal with the pressure and any challenge with ease. You’ll be forward thinking in terms of HR and Systems and able to, keep up with pace and change.

To be successful you will have:
You’ll currently be working within a similar multi-site business as a specialist ER Advisor. You’ll have ample knowledge within Generalist HR and Employee Relations issues. It doesn’t matter which industry or sector you’ve gained your experience in If you love supporting managers with ER cases, we want to hear from you

**You will also have**:

- Membership of CIPD or demonstrable HR experience.
- Previous experience in an ER help desk role.
- Experience of high volume ER case support
- Strong employee relations knowledge

- Salary: c£32k (depending on experience)
- 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays.
