**The Role**

We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our fantastic People team. This role directly supports the Enham Trust’s People strategy to be an employer of choice and a great place to work.

You will build strong relationships with a wide variety of key stakeholders and will be the point of contact for a wide range of HR activities. You will be expected to provide advice on HR policies and procedures, including guiding, coaching and supporting though disciplinaries, performance management, sickness absence and grievances.

**As our HR Advisor, you will**:

- Support and provide guidance to management of all ER cases involving the full range of employee relations i.e., Grievance, Disciplinary, Dismissal, Absence, AWOL, Performance, Sickness, Long term Sickness, Tribunals, protected characteristics, Occupational Health, safeguarding and workplace incidents from initiation to closure in a timely manner.
- Responsible for managing staff wellness initiatives and work with the Head of People to implement a wellbeing strategy.
- Conduct diagnostics to identify trends, ER or workplace issues, communicating findings and formulating and deploying remedies to identified workplace issues i.e., sickness absence and turnover
- Support the creation and implementation of the Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging strategy, related policies, and procedures, in relation to recruitment, promotion, career development and creating an inclusive culture where differences are respected and valued
- Attend and prepare for meetings and events and write reports as required

**What we are looking for from you**
- Demonstrable interpersonal skills and the ability to manage relationships with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and with varying needs and requirements.
- Up to date knowledge of employment law
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise conflicting requests.
- Experience working in a similar role dealing with complex employee relation cases.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- CIPD or degree level qualified
