Park Lodge is seeking Front of House receptionist to join our team. We are looking for a dynamic, hardworking and friendly person to help ensure all customers receive the friendliest and most efficient service possible.

**Our expectations**:

- Meeting, greeting and attending to the needs of customers to build a good rapport to maintain high quality customer service
- Listening to customers feedback to help ensure a great visit
- To pre-empt problems before they arise and to deal with customer complaints in an effective and courteous manner, providing or seeking solutions as quickly as possible
- Ensuring the business complies with policies and procedures, including health and safety requirements
- Dealing with membership administration
- Helping serve customers in the coffee shop during busy periods

**What we look for**:

- As Park Lodge Receptionist you’ll be a quick learning, well organised team player
- Confident in use of IT (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Confident communicator with a passion for providing excellent levels of service and convenience and exceeding customers’ expectations
- Flexible and willing to help cover work across the team as required
- Our opening hours are across Wed to Sunday 8.30am to 5pm, however we are looking for part time support, which will include one day at the weekend and one other day to be agreed. You will also provide cover for holidays.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15 per week

**Salary**: From £10.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
