The role of Head of Year is key to ensuring that exceptional pastoral support is available to our students. The successful applicant will lead the development of students within their allocated year group and lead and manage a year team.

They will ensure high quality tutoring and work with staff, students, parents and carers to support behaviour for learning, attendance and personal and social growth for students within the year group. The role will also provide administrative support to the Head of Year team.

We are looking for an individual that is committed to working with young people to ensure they flourish. You will recognise the importance of and will strive to maintain a cohesive school community through building positive relationships with our students and existing staff. Excellent communication skills are key, alongside strong organisational skills and the ability to priorities and problem solve.
