**Job purpose**

We are looking for motivated and hardworking individuals join our retail team as a Retail Assistant.
You will be part of the team, delivering excellent customer service within a fast-paced environment.
You will be a well organised individual, who can work in a team but also efficiently using your own
initiative. You will ensure that the health and safety within the Megastore/Warehouse is always
adhered to and take responsibility for the security of the warehouse and stock.

**Key responsibilities**
- To deliver exceptional Customer service in a fast-paced environment, through effective

customer approach
- To support in the assistance of all internal and retail requests
- To assist in the efficient receipt of stock deliveries both incoming and outgoing
- You will assist in the checking/counting of deliveries in a timely manner and immediately

reporting any discrepancies to the stock controller
- To maintain sufficient levels of stock on shelves in the Megastore/Warehouse making items

readily available
- Picking and despatching of E-commerce orders
- To work in a “always keep tidy” manner and to adhere to health and safety at all times
- To promptly dispose of any rubbish on a daily basis
- When required you will provide the Store(s) with a daily replenishment of stock
- You will be able to pick and deliver to the store(s) when stock is urgently needed
- To be able to work on the own initiative and provide help and support to the team
- Able to use till and ticketing IT systems
