This employed Mortgage Advisor job in Chesterfield is ideal for an experienced Mortgage Advisor looking for a unique opportunity to build a mortgage division within a well established IFA firm.

We are looking for a driven individual with experience as a Mortgage & Protection Advisor with a good attitude to going out and winning new business.

As a Mortgage Advisor, you will work closely with an experienced Business Development Manager within Financial services to prospect and win new relationships and business from local estate agencies and accountancy firms. Majority of client meetings are heldin their office due to an excellent location, local to their estate agencies partners.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is career driven looking to progress within the firm either running the mortgage division or progressing into financial advice.

**Mortgage Advisor Requirements**
- You should be an experienced Mortgage Advisor with full CeMAP
- Ideally you should have 2 years mortgage advice experience, preferably in whole of market / multi-tied environment
- You should be a motivated individual and excellent team player
- You must have a desire to learn and share ideas
- You must be able to self-generate some business
- Must be experienced on a recognised mortgage software

**Mortgage Advisor Benefits**
- Salary of £25,000 - £35,000 plus competitive commission splits to increase your earnings
