Our Spa Reservations Agents generally have a customer service background and are courteous and helpful, with excellent communication skills.

**Requirements for Spa Reservations Agent**
- Friendly, courteous and helpful, with excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated and confident
- Highly organised with ability to multitask
- Personable and professional
- Have an exceptional eye for detail
- Driven to exceed guests expectations and deliver exceptional service standards
- Ability to work on your own as well as being a great team player

**Responsibilities of Spa Reservations Agent**
- Promote and sell the services and products offered within The Spa
- Maintain accurate client records in accordance with Company Policy, and carry out general administrative tasks as required
- Interact with our in house Rooms Reservationists on bookings
- Handling of various requests for spa reservations, changes, cancellations and additional information.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests and recognise those who are on a repeat visit.
