We are seeking to appoint a **Project Co-Ordinator** to provide excellent Customer Service and administrative support within our Passive Department. The role requires a proactive approach and excellent personal interaction to support the widerteam.

**Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities**

The role will involve, but not be limited to:

- Using in house programmes, load and record works assigned and review and allocate assigned tasks within the team
- Prepare standard project reports for project delivery to clients
- Hold client meetings either in person or via teams
- Contribute and assist in the execution of the Project Management including the preparation of financial forecasts
- Proactive approach to management of workload
- Effective communication with internal and external customers

**Person Specification**
- Knowledge of computer project management software
- Excellent knowledge of Excel & Word
- Self-motivated personality - energy, drive and enthusiasm
- Clear communicator with good telephone manner with colleagues and customers
- Ability to work in a team and on own initiative
- Ability to follow process with strong attention to detail
- Be respectful to others - customers, colleagues, managers, directors
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities with a structured approach
- Respectful to others, customers colleagues, Managers & Directors alike
