Employment Lawyer require for a large, international law firm to be based in their Manchester office
**Your new company**
This is a very large, highly reputable and award winning law firm who are looking to grow and expand their employment team in the Manchester office with the appointment of a newly qualified lawyer up to 3 years PQE. The firm have won a vast number of highlyregarded legal awards, and are the leading organisation for providing legal services to businesses and companies. This role sits within the employment department, but specifically deals with share plans and employee incentives across a global scale.
**Your new role
**The company are looking for a bright and enthusiastic lawyer to join the well-respected share plans and
incentives team within the Employment & Reward Group. You will work across a broad client base, ranging from multinational FTSE 100 companies to small companies owned by the original founder shareholders and VC backed companies. This provides an interestingand varied workload, from setting up the first incentive arrangements for start-up companies, to advising clients who offer plans internationally in multiple jurisdictions, You will work with clients of all sizes structuring, drafting, implementing and thenproviding ongoing advice on the operation of all forms of share plans and incentives and associated employee trusts.
**Your work will be within some of the following areas**:

- Advising on the structure and implementation of equity incentive arrangements taking into account tax, corporate law, corporate governance and other associated legal aspects affecting the operation of such arrangements.
- Drafting the rules and agreements of the share plans under which the awards are made, and associated employee and company documents.
- Carrying out legal and tax due diligence across multiple countries in respect to the operation of share plans in multiple jurisdictions.
- Advising on the operation of and structuring of employee benefit trust arrangements and their operation in conjunction with equity and cash awards.

**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to be considered for this role, you will be an upcoming NQ lawyer with seats in employment law, and ideally commercial and/or commercial litigation. Alternatively, you will be up to 3 years PQE working within employment law whilst having an interestin share schemes and employee incentive work amongst large, international organizations. This role requires a positive attitude and the ability to work well amongst a high performing team of colleagues from paralegal level up to partner.
