**We are looking for Care Professionals to work in Perth and Surrounding Areas**

**Shift patterns**:

- Shift patterns of set days.
- Full time
- Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday-Split shifts.
- Part time-Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday-Mornings, Evenings or Mixture
- Continuity of care, getting you to the same clients at the same time each week.
