Trainer

**Duties**:

- Conduct training sessions for employees on various topics and skills
- Develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources
- Utilize various training methods, such as presentations, demonstrations, and hands-on activities
- Assess training effectiveness through evaluations and feedback from participants
- Provide individual coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional development
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in training and development
- Maintain training records and documentation in HRIS (Human Resources Information System)
- Assist in the implementation of new systems or software, such as Workday, SharePoint, or Salesforce

Qualifications:

- Level 2 NVQ Rail Training Assessor
- Proven experience as a trainer or in a similar role
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt training methods to meet the needs of different learning styles
- Proficient in using technology for training purposes
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
