**Responsibilities include**:

- Provide excellent customer service support to clients requiring help and support on the route to getting the certifications and guide them through the process.
- To identify relevant prerequisites for a member to obtain their certification.
- Validate course certificate claim forms and complete certification process.
- Keep an up-to-date list of qualifications needed within the database to obtain certifications.
- Process certificates, and scheme cards, within the set KPI turnaround times, whilst maintaining an accurate database.
- Be available to answer all member queries relating to the courses.
- Provide support to Training Providers with the delivery of Online courses.
- Invigilate online courses as required.
- Promote the schemes to the members to maximise uptake.

**About you**
- Proven experience in a data processing/ administration role
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Desire to learn something new and ability to keep up to date with regulatory changes
- Team orientated and happy to help with other duties and roles as and when required.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £12.50-£13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
