Over the past few years, we have redeveloped our headquarters into a state-of-the-art office, with facilities that include race bays, a paint shop and a composite unit. Are we’re still growingSince 2020 our workforce has gone from around 15 staff to over 100.

Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring existing product for obsolescence, Reorder & stock levels
- Utilise any ERP system and other IT systems that are in place and ensure that data is accurate and up to date and resolve any issues as required.
- Create and monitor the integrity of all new items created in the ERP system in accordance with approved Merchandise Hierarchies, Item attributes, Naming conventions, Weights, Commodity codes and Countries of Manufacture, etc.
- Create and monitor the integrity of all Bill of Materials (BOM) for items that are for sale through any of the Memento Exclusives sales channels and updating them where necessary including obsolescence.
- Set RRP’s for the items in the ERP system as per agreed pricing matrixes and policies and action any approved price reviews or promotions.
- Raising PO requisitions and ensuring that they are in line with Purchase Budgets and OTB’s (Open to Buys) and monitor them throughout the approval process, escalating or providing any additional justification where necessary.
- Regularly review the Landed cost templates to ensure our estimated landed costs are as accurate as possible.
- Review weekly sales, stocks and intakes and identify any gaps in product supply and take the appropriate actions, for instance:
- Creating and reviewing existing internal works orders for our production teams to ensure stock is available for all our sales channels (e.g. BTC, BTB, Auction and Private sales).
- Reviewing re-order points in relation to sales performance and set / adjust these in our ERP system.
- Proposing any 3rd Party reorders, including base parts and creating the necessary PO requisitions for approval.
- Running the re-order point reports in our ERP system daily and taking the relevant actions.
- Liaising with our E-comms, B2B and sales teams to assist in the forecasting, internal planning, and production in line with company milestones.
- Review the stock on hand of base parts according to the demand.
- Supporting our inventory team to ensure the accuracy of stock is maintained.
- Implement all processes to agreed standards and targets and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support the health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self, staff and visitors.
- Support the business in any projects relating to Materials management.
- Support other departments during busy periods.
**Skills**:
- Previous experience within the Supply Chain modules of an ERP system required, preferably NetSuite.
- Excellent prioritisation skills with the ability to plan and organise effectively.
- Able to work in a pressurised fast paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Extremely well proficient in Excel and other competent in the other Microsoft Applications too.
- Interest in motor racing and other sports would be advantageous.
**Salary**: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
