**Job Purpose**
This is a dynamic role within the organisation to ensure our success and help to grow our ambitious expansion plans across the next 3 years. You will support the awareness of Lendology with councils and other key partners at a national level as well as supporting the Operations Team with onboarding new council partners.
**Key Work Roles**
- To develop and deliver integrated communications campaigns to drive awareness of Lendology to underpin our business development strategy
- Build and maintain relationships with councils, understanding their communications requirements and target audiences to develop Lendology content and strategies
- Develop a clear understanding of our B2B customer journeys to ensure clear and consistent communications throughout
- Use insights and analytics to build compelling value propositions
- Create and execute clear strategies to maximise engagement, including identifying ways to engage with senior decision-makers
- Work with the Communications Manager, identifying ways to communicate and optimise the use of our research and thought-leadership outputs
- Press and PR activity to secure media coverage
- Digital media and online content planning and creation
- B2B marketing assets/collateral development

**Person Specification**
- Highly motivated to deliver on brand and on target communications campaigns
- Ability to build on and create new partnership opportunities
- Ability to thrive in networking environments
- Strong communication skills
**Essential**
- Qualifications in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in B2B communications and relationship management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse stakeholders
- Strong networking abilities and comfortable representing the organisation at events and meetings
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
**Desirable**
- Knowledge of finance, community development, social enterprise, or the CIC sector
Pay: £25,000 FTE, 22.5 hours per week
**Job Type**: Part-time
