Exams Invigilator

Smart Education are recruiting a large bank of Exam Invigilators to work in secondary SEMH/PRU/Alternative Provision schools across the West Midlands for the spring and summer exams season 2023.

To invigilate examinations following documented processes, procedures and regulations to ensure examinations are run in a secure, confidential and suitable environment. You will also be responsible in ensuring both students and the school comply with regulations as well as creating a safe and consistent experience of examinations for all pupils.

You will ideally have experience of invigilation and have carried out the role previously.

The role includes:
To lay out examinations with relevant examination materials as directed by the Line Manager. To assist students entering the examination room. To record attendance/absence from the examination by completing examination registers. To ensure identification checks are correctly carried out. To report all student queries on examination papers to the Line Manager. Good literacy/numeracy skills are essential, just a clear enhanced DBS on the update service.

**Qualifications Required**:

- Experience of exam invigilating previously
- Experience of working within secondary schools
- Previous Exam Invigilator training required.

**Salary**:£10.50 per hour

**Hours**: Ad-hoc
